Offers

The offers of Italian Safety Distribution SRL and Swiss Safety Distribution SAGL are neither binding nor binding.

Prices

The prices indicated are always to be understood as excluding VAT, except where explicitly indicated to the contrary. Prices may be subject to revision without notice.

Payments

The accepted payment methods are PayPal, credit cards, bank transfer.

Delivery and Transportation

The goods sold travel at the Customer's risk and peril, even if sold carriage paid. The goods sold are understood to be transferred under condition precedent with retention of title until full payment of the price. Delivery terms are not mandatory and therefore must be considered approximate. Goods offered for prompt shipment or delivery are always understood to include the clause "in time and subject to prior sale".

After 8 days from the delivery of the goods, any claim on the same will not be considered valid.

The packaging for the products is intended as standard. Special packaging must be previously requested by the Customer and confirmed in writing by Italian Safety Distribution SRL or by Swiss Safety Distribution SAGL and may involve a price increase.

Guarantee

The warranty does not cover defects or damage caused during transport or by the Customer as a result of negligence in the use or tampering with the products caused directly or indirectly, or caused by repairs, replacements of individual components, maintenance carried out by persons not authorized by Italian Safety Distribution SRL or by Swiss Safety Distribution SAGL.

The Customer, under penalty of forfeiture of the same guarantee, must report to Italian Safety Distribution SRL or to Swiss Safety Distribution SAGL any faults or defects found, within 8 days of their occurrence and, in any case, no later than 12 months from the date of the invoice.

Any liability that may arise from the products for events subsequent to delivery, including any damage to people or things (even when such things are parts or accessory elements to the product) will be the sole responsibility of the Customer.

Any damage to the products or physical or material damage to goods or persons, including those of third parties, which may occur due to the Customer's failure to comply with the product manufacturer's instructions for use, will be the sole responsibility of the Customer.

Return goods

Except in specific cases and accepted in writing by Italian Safety Distribution SRL or by Swiss Safety Distribution SAGL , each return must be preceded by a written complaint from the Customer and must first be authorized in writing by Italian Safety Distribution SRL or by Swiss Safety Distribution SAGL .

The goods must be accompanied by the "Decontamination Form", which must be completed in its entirety, stamped and signed for each returned device and affixed to the outside of the package.

The return shipping costs are charged to the customer; the goods are understood to be carriage free to the Italian Safety Distribution SRL establishment or of Swiss Safety Distribution SAGL . Italian Safety Distribution SRL and Swiss Safety Distribution SAGL reserve the right to examine the returned goods to verify the applicability of the guarantee and, in the event of ascertaining a defect attributable to the Manufacturer, will replace the defective products. Otherwise the goods will be returned to the customer with transport costs to be paid by the latter.

Complaints and disputes

The Customer is required to examine the goods received and to communicate in detail, in writing, to Italian Safety Distribution SRL or to Swiss Safety Distribution SAGL , any defects found or detectable upon initial inspection, or any other claim in relation to the products.

In the event that the Customer does not make the above communication within 8 days of receipt, the Products will be considered definitively accepted and compliant with the provisions of the sales contract, without prejudice to the possibility, which can be expressed no later than 12 months from the date of invoice, to report any non-apparent defects.

In any case, the notification of defects must take place within 8 days of their discovery and the Customer's only right will be limited to the provisions of the guarantee as indicated above.

It is understood that any disputes concerning a part of the goods delivered or a single shipment of goods will have no effect on the rest of the order, nor on the payment of other goods already received and not promptly contested.

Jurisdiction

The sales contract will be regulated and interpreted according to the legislation of the Swiss Confederation.
